I had up until today accepted that John F. Kennedy, Jr. had died due to pilot error on an evening of low visibility near Martha's Vineyard. This video now makes me wonder what really happened. About 20 minutes into the video you will see some strange reporting on that day and the silence of the Federal Aviation Administration for about 15 hours after the crash. We may need to rethink what really happened to JFK, Jr.
Here are two links to the video: the First one is the whole video
The second one in on You Tube and is in 10 minute segments. I found these more readily came up without too much delay, although it is in 11 parts which means you have to do some hunting on You Tube to figure out the correct sequence:

A Sobering Article
I have been subscribing to this post for a while, and here is in part a recent heartfelt essay on the state of Gaia. I would have to agree with Dr. Barry, that our generation has the ability to kill all life-forms on this planet. Period.
Tak a look:
EARTH MEANDERS
Never, Ever, Ever, Ever Give Up on Gaia
It is late, despair high; yet ambitious policies emphasizing sacrifice and preparation can keep the Earth from dying
A series of personal ecological essays by Dr. Glen Barry
http://earthmeanders.blogspot.com/
October 28, 2007
Human caused ecosystem destruction has progressed well beyond the Earth's carrying capacity -- its ability to provide goods and services, and to regenerate. Global heating is occurring at a rate and extent far exceeding expectations. There are too
many people to meet basic needs for all based upon further habitat destruction for resources, much less making possible Western lifestyles. Ecological crises have progressed to the point where global ecological, economic and social upheavals
are guaranteed. This is ecological fact, truth, knowledge -- it is what it is, and no value is gained by stating otherwise.
Yet it is critical that we never, ever, ever, ever give up on Gaia. There IS still time to save the Earth and allow humanity and most of her creatures to thrive indefinitely. The global family has not yet reached the point where environmental
policies no longer matter. The degree of disruption that will be caused by ecological decline is being determined now. While it is unlikely serious and painful changes can be entirely avoided, much can be done now to limit the extent and
permanence of ecological collapse, and resulting pain and suffering.
How quickly we stop emitting greenhouse gases; and end destruction, while preserving and restoring, natural ecosystems, will determine whether the biosphere and her
ecosystems are able to avoid complete destruction. We can make it more likely, and easier, for humanity to reconstitute some sort of advanced (and hopefully more peaceful, just, equitable and sustainable) society post-collapse -- and maximize the
recovery of all life.
My acknowledgement in earlier writings of my own despair, shared by many, was not meant to suggest that we should give up. As always my intention was to think freely and write truthfully, including in regard to my feelings, and by doing
so help identify, pursue and achieve policies adequate to solve grave ecological crises facing my and other species.
There is much that can be done, if will and knowledge are developed and harnessed, to pursue ambitious policy responses adequate to sustain and regenerate the biosphere. These include societal policies based upon the Planet's ecological
conditions and needs; such as ending coal emissions into the atmosphere, and stopping ancient forest logging and markets. Similarly, individuals are responsible for their procreation, levels of consumption and commitment to environmental
sustainability.

Here's a Good Reason Not to Sign Online Petititions
Just a word to the wise. E-mail petitions are NOT acceptable to Congress or any other municipality. To be acceptable, petitions must have a signed signature and full address. Same with "prayer chains" -- be wary. Almost all e-mails that ask you to add your name and forward on to others are similar to that mass letter years ago that asked people to send business cards to the little kid in Florida who wanted to break the Guinness Book of Records for the most cards. All it was, and all this type of e-mail is, is to get names and "cookie" tracking info for telemarketers and spammers to validate active e-mail accounts for their own purposes. Any time you see an e-mail that says forward this on to "10"of your friends, sign this petition, or you'll get good luck, or whatever, it has either an e-mail tracker program attached that tracks the cookies and e-mails of those folks you forward to, or the host sender is getting a copy. Each time it gets forwarded and then is able to get lists of "active" e-mails to use in spam e-mails, or sell to others that do.
If you let your friends know this, you will be providing a good service to your friends, and will be rewarded by not getting 30,000 spam e-mails in the future.
(If you have been sending out the above kinds of email, now you
know why you get so much spam!)

Jerry Seinfeld is a Life-Long T.M. meditator!
From the Philadelphia Inquirer
By Carrie Rickey
Inquirer Movie Critic
Promoting his new film, Bee Movie, Jerry Seinfeld, talks about his film and
his life.
Fastidiously casual in black blazer, untucked slate-colored shirt, and
jeans, the comedian exudes composure rather than ease. Is there a component
in the Seinfeld hard-wiring that accounts for his Zenlike equilibrium?
"Any actor, writer or comedian is a close observer of human behavior," he
says, more amused than appalled. "I am so offended by so much I see that I
try not to do it."
To his professional answer he appends a personal one: "I've been practicing
Transcendental Meditation most of my life. I think that does something to
your nervous system," the eternal observer observes. "It has given me a
calmness I don't think I had at 19."
Pause.
"But who's calm at 19?"

Day Two
Today, the blog still feels a bit tentative, as I guess that any new creation might be. My friend Susan was easily able to post to this blog, but my friend Darrel only sees Japanese characters when he hits the link. So go figure? I told him to clear his private data, cache and cookies, and see if that clears up the problem. Otherwise it might be angelic interference of some kind. I have known that to happen before. Once I was channeling the Seraph, sitting not far from my computer, when I heard these mouse-like squeaks coming out of my computer. I thought "how cute" that the Seraph is doing that. Two weeks later on Christmas day my hard-drive and motherboard both crashed. Not so cute.

What this blog is all about
I have resisted writing a blog for more than two years, because I have been continually in overwhelm mode, and didn't see how I could find the time to keep making entries. But recently I heard some wisdom around this, that has put less pressure on me, and I am dipping my toes in the water once more, having made a false start before with a Seraphim Blueprint blog. That one is on the back burner, but let's see how we go with this one.
I have decided not to continue under the 'Seraphim Blueprint' banner here because I basically want to include my political rantings and ravings as well as my spiritual rantings and ravings. I also want to post photos of flowers and other things I am passionate about.
